I have to say though, I do enjoy that scene. >:D They used it in a number of Picard/Q videos and it never fails to make me grin like an idiot.

Well if I really wanted to scramble to make excuses for him, I would assume that being an alien made of (presumably) energy and not matter, personal boundaries don't really exist in the same way?

OR it could be that he's a rude ass. I suppose you could argue either way. XD
